In a community where many of us have our friends and relatives living elsewhere, we may find ourselves in occasional need of some type of assistance. It is comforting to know there are people in our community who care.

Kare-ing Neighbors, Inc., doing business as Kare Bears, is a non-profit 501(c) (3) organization of PebbleCreek volunteers who are concerned about the welfare of their neighbors in the community.

The purpose of the organization is :

To provide health and wellness events and programs to improve the well-being of PebbleCreek residents

To provide temporary loan of medical equipment such as canes, walkers and wheel chairs

To provide occasional transportation to medical appointments

To assist and support residents who are:

- - Ill or recuperating from illness, surgery and/or hospitalization

- - Dealing with the loss of a loved one

- - Caring for a spouse or a loved one

We are a "neighbors helping neighbors and the community" organization, always willing to try to accommodate the needs of a resident of PebbleCreek who can use some level of assistance. Everyone who resides in PebbleCreek is automatically eligible for Kare Bears’ services.

Kare Bears volunteers are not trained caregivers or healthcare professionals.
